Can I save my newsletter as a PDF file?

Yes, you can download your sent newsletter as a PDF file.

To do this, first go to the page Campaigns → Browse in your account. On this page, select the newsletter sent and click View.

Scrolling down a bit, you will see the option 'Download as PDF' on the right-hand side of the heading Newsletter.

The PDF displays your newsletter on one page. The links in the PDF file work; the text can be selected if desired.

Your newsletter will be printed on a single page from the PDF. If it is a long newsletter, this is not desirable. Therefore, if you wish to print it, is best to print your newsletter via your browser.

If you have created a newsletter with a Joe-type custom template, you can often put in specific 'breaks', which allow you to determine for yourself where your PDF file gets cut to another page.
