Can I restrict users' rights?

Since July 2024, you can give users specific rights for parts and functionalities in your account.

This feature is only available if you have a paid account; if you are using Laposta for free, every user in your account has the same rights. In that case, each user will see all subscriber lists, campaigns, templates, and results.

You can set the roles for users yourself if you have the 'admin' role in your account. You can read how to set up user rights and roles here.

Rights per account

When you limit the rights of users in an account, you do so for the whole account. For example, if you set up that someone may delete or empty subscribers, they may do so for all lists in that account.

If you want to limit the rights for specific lists and/or campaigns in your account, you can do this by working with multiple accounts. Parts that should be separated can be put under a different account. Each account has its own users, for whom you can then set a specific role. To manage different account, there is an admin interface available.
