Converting your free account to a paid account
If you want to switch to a paid account, you can choose between a subscription and mailcredits. With mailcredits, you also have a paid account. You can arrange both yourself in your account:
What happens above 2000 subscribers?
If you have, or have had, more than 2000 active or unique subscribers, Laposta will not automatically convert your account. Laposta never converts your free account to a paid account without you clearly indicating that you want this. Deleting lists or subscribers to stay below the limit is not permitted.
You can choose how you want to proceed yourself. With a paid account, the six conditions of the free account no longer apply.
Choosing a subscription or mailcredits
- Subscription: you send regularly. The price only depends on the number of active subscribers, you can send an unlimited number of newsletters, and there is no reference to Laposta at the bottom of those newsletters. Also read what is included in a paid subscription.
- Mailcredits: you only send a newsletter occasionally, less than six to eight times per year. Mailcredits are then cheaper than a subscription.
