Contact centre for multiple newsletters

Does your organisation send out different types of newsletters? For example, a municipality that publishes editions for entrepreneurs and on sustainability alongside a general newsletter, or a publisher with multiple magazines that subscribers sign up for separately.

With the Contact Centre, you manage all those subscriptions in one place. There, subscribers can sign up for the newsletters they want to receive, and view and edit their current subscriptions. It does not matter where the data ends up: in different lists, in a field within a single list, or even across different accounts.

The Contact Centre is a standalone form that runs on Laposta’s servers. You can use it as a standalone page or embed it on your own website. You manage it yourself: you can edit the lists, subscribers, fields and texts from your administration environment.

Requesting the Contact Centre and the costs

The Contact Centre is only available to customers with a paid account. If you would like to use it, you can request it by sending an email to helpdesk@laposta.nl. The helpdesk will then discuss the best setup with you.

Setting up the Contact Centre (logo, colours, text and linking lists, segments and accounts) is custom work. There is a one-off setup fee of 295 euros, after which you pay 295 euros per year. Both amounts are excluding VAT.

Sending a welcome email upon registration

You can also send a welcome email when someone signs up via the Contact Centre. This works slightly differently than with a regular newsletter, because a single registration can apply to multiple newsletters at the same time.

If you would like to send such a welcome email, the helpdesk will set this up for you free of charge. You do not pay anything extra for this.
