How does transferring customer data work?
Only customers who have given consent to receive marketing emails are transferred to Laposta. You can tick the box for this consent under the customer details in Lightspeed.
Changes are synced roughly once every 15 minutes. If you want to synchronise straight away, click on the ‘Refresh’ icon on the Combidesk integration page (https://combidesk.com/integration/lightspeed-laposta).
