Which automation platform is best to choose?

An automation platform allows you to connect separate systems so that they automatically exchange data. Laposta is connected to four of these platforms. This means information from hundreds of other software packages, such as Gravity Forms, Gmail, Salesforce and HubSpot, is automatically transferred to Laposta. Conversely, you can also send data from Laposta to those packages. You do not need any programming knowledge for this.

Which platform you choose makes little difference to Laposta. The setup is the same everywhere: you create an account on the platform, connect your Laposta account and configure what needs to happen for each connection.

What do you need?

In addition to an account on the platform, you need the API key from your Laposta account. With this key, you give the platform access to your data. This applies to all four platforms: the Laposta API only works with your key, so without OAuth and without an expiring token. You can read how to create and find such a key in Create an API key.

Which platform do you choose?

Monkedo, Pabbly Connect, OttoKit and Zapier have a ready-made Laposta integration. They do the same job. The main difference lies in the range of connected packages and where you get started.

MonkedoAlso keeps track of the ways in which you synchronise your lists.Laposta integration page at Monkedo
Pabbly ConnectHundreds of connected packages. The Pabbly Connect YouTube channel features tutorial videos to see how it works in practice.Laposta at Pabbly Connect
OttoKitWas called SureTriggers until recently. You can still log in with the same account as usual.Laposta integration page at OttoKit
ZapierThousands of connected packages, for which some of the connections are already ready-made.Use ready-made Zapier connections for ready-made Zaps, or Connect Zapier to build a connection yourself.

The integration page of each platform lists the available triggers for Laposta. A trigger like this is the starting point of every connection with another system.

If you work with a membership administration system instead of an automation platform, take a look at the connection with AllUnited. This is a cloud solution for sports clubs, featuring its own third-party connection.
