Starting an automation after a click

With this starting trigger, your automation begins as soon as a link is clicked in a campaign or in an email from an automation.

Which email?

Here you can choose the email in which a link must be clicked to start the automation. If you select ‘Any email’, it does not matter which email or campaign is clicked.

Which link?

If you have chosen a specific email or campaign, you can specify here which link must be clicked to start the automation. If you select ‘Any link’, it does not matter which link in the chosen email or campaign is clicked.

Multiple times or once?

With this starting trigger, you cannot choose between once and multiple times.
