Starting an automation when an email is opened

With this starting point, your automation begins as soon as someone opens a campaign or an email from an automation.

Selecting an email

Here, you choose which email needs to be opened to start the automation. You can also select ‘Any email’. In that case, it does not matter which email or campaign is opened.

Starting once or multiple times

With this starting point, you cannot choose between once and multiple times.
