What standard roles and permissions are there in Laposta?
In a paid account, seven standard roles are available by default, each with a fixed set of permissions. You can assign these roles directly or use them as a starting point to create your own role. The standard roles themselves cannot be modified.
The seven standard roles
Administrator
The administrator has all possible permissions in the account. Only an administrator can create, edit and delete other users for the account, as well as assign and configure permissions and roles.
User
A user has all permissions for ‘Subscribers’, ‘Campaigns’, ‘Automations’ and ‘Results’, but does not have access to management tasks under ‘Login’, ‘Subscription’, ‘Settings’ and ‘Connect’.
Viewer
Of all the roles, a viewer has the fewest permissions: in the permission tables below, there is not a single tick on any row. The ‘Subscribers’, ‘Campaigns’, ‘Automations’ and ‘Results’ pages are visible, but a viewer cannot click through.
Editor
The editor is allowed to create and send campaigns and automations, and has all permissions to view, edit, add and delete subscribers. The editor is not allowed to modify, edit or delete templates and does not have access to management tasks.
Designer
A designer is given access to create sign-up and edit forms, campaigns and templates.
ICT
ICT only has access to management tasks in the account via the ‘Settings’ page.
Accountant
The accountant only has access to financial information.
Users with limited access can always see the ‘Subscribers’, ‘Campaigns’, ‘Automations’ and ‘Results’ pages. Depending on the assigned permissions, a user may or may not be able to click through for more information.
