Transferring subscribers from Apple Contacts to Laposta

On a Mac, the easiest way to copy your subscribers is to paste them into Apple Numbers and then export them as a .csv or .xls file. If you have Excel installed, you can also paste the list there and save it as an Excel file.

These steps have not been tested on versions older than macOS Monterey.

Select your contacts

Open Apple Contacts and select all or some of your contacts. Click on a contact and press Command + A to select all, or hold down Shift and click on another contact to select a range.

Create a blank document in Numbers

Open Apple Numbers and create a new, blank document.

Drag the contacts into Numbers

Drag the selected contacts into the first cell in Numbers.

Export to CSV

In the top-left corner, click File → Export To → CSV.

You can now import the CSV file into Laposta.
