Which statistics does Laposta track per subscriber?

Laposta measures statistics at three levels: per campaign, per list, and per subscriber.

Everything you and your subscriber do is recorded in that subscriber’s history. Go to Subscribers → Browse and click ‘Details’ for the relevant subscriber to open this history.

The history contains two types of data:

  • What you did: all changes you have made in the application for this subscriber, and all newsletters you have sent to this subscriber.
  • What your subscriber did: every open of a newsletter, viewing the web version, every click in a newsletter (including the name of the link), opening a file, and clicking a social media button.

A recorded open does not always mean that someone has actually read your newsletter. Email clients sometimes load images automatically, and security software may click on links. Read more about many opens for the same address and clicks by robots and scanners.

The history tracks the behaviour of an individual. If you prefer not to record or display anything at an individual level, take a look at the settings for tracking and reporting.
