Editing the data of a single subscriber

You can edit a subscriber’s details in the overview of the list that subscriber is on.

1

Open the subscriber overview

Go to ‘Subscribers’, select the relevant list and click on ‘Browse’.

2

Look up the subscriber

Enter the email address or part of it in the ‘Search within this list’ search bar. The search function searches the ‘active’, ‘unsubscribed’ and ‘cleaned’ tabs simultaneously.

3

Open Details and edit the data

In the table, click on ‘Details’ on the far right of the subscriber. Edit or complete any field, and optionally designate the subscriber as a test address right away. Click on ‘Save’ at the bottom.

On this screen, you can also assign labels via the ‘Labels’ field. If you want to label multiple subscribers at the same time, tick them in the overview and click on ‘Change labels’.

If the same subscriber is on multiple lists in your account, the question ‘Edit in other lists?’ will appear. Tick this and choose which lists you want to apply the change to.

A change is only applied to another list for fields with the exact same name. So if you edit the ‘first name’ field, it will also change in any other list with a ‘first name’ field, but not in a Dutch list where that field is called ‘voornaam’.

If you want to add a subscriber instead of editing one, please read Adding subscribers manually. You can read more about the ‘Testaddress?’ checkbox in Sending a testmail of your newsletter.
