Doing the last check in step 5
Once your newsletter is ready in step 4, you can review all your choices in a single overview in step 5 before choosing a delivery time.
At the top, you will see the basic details, the selected recipients, and the template. Below that is your complete newsletter. If something is not right, click ‘Edit’ next to that section. You can also go directly to the corresponding step via the ‘Steps’ section on the right of your screen.
Below your newsletter, you will find the section ‘Are all links working?’. At this point, Laposta has already checked whether the web addresses in your newsletter can be reached. On a separate page, you can read what the message means and how to fix a broken link. If you want to see how your newsletter looks in an actual inbox, send a testmail from step 4 first.
Not sure about the content? Go back to step 4 and use the Fresh view feature in the editor. Your campaign will then be automatically reviewed for first impression, design, and content.
If you are happy with the layout and content, click ‘Confirm and to step 6’ at the bottom of the page. There, you can choose when you want to send the newsletter. Even from step 6, you can still go back to make changes.
