Saving, editing or copying a template
You can use templates for the drag & drop editor straight away, or you can customise them first.
Saving or copying a modified template
You can edit a template while creating a campaign:
When you create a campaign, your own template will then appear in step 3 under the ‘Saved templates’ category.
Do you only want to make a copy of a template? Then also start a campaign with the original template and save it under a different name in step 4. The original and the copy will then appear side by side in your overview.
Was a custom template modified after being delivered by the designer, and do you want to see that change in a campaign you are already working on? In that case, you do not need to save it, but rather update it using ‘Reload template, keep content’ or rebuild the campaign. Read more in Creating a campaign after modifying a template.
Managing a saved template
All your own templates can be found under Campaigns → Templates → Drag & drop. Using the links next to a template, you can edit or manage it directly without having to start a campaign first.

Copying a template to another account
If you work with a management environment and log in to your account from there, you will see the link ‘To other account’ next to each template under Campaigns → Templates → Drag & drop. Click this and tick the accounts in which you want to place the template.
This allows you to quickly copy a template that you have prepared in one account to other accounts within your organisation. Each department can then use that template as a basis for a campaign and edit or add to it themselves.
If you do not see the ‘To other account’ link, you either do not have a management environment or no accounts have been linked. If you still want to copy a template to another account, for example because you designed it for a client, use a share link. Anyone who opens that link can import the template into their own account with a single click. To find out how, read Sharing a template with a share link.
