Requesting a custom template
If you have a paid account, Laposta can design and set up a custom template for you. Laposta’s designers will create a custom design based on your website and/or your specific requirements. This ensures the newsletter matches your brand identity, the nature of your organisation, and your target audience.
Viewing examples for inspiration
On the Laposta website, you will find examples of previously created custom designs for inspiration. Feel free to refer to elements you would like to see in your own template when submitting your request.
Sending your request
You can request a custom design by emailing helpdesk@laposta.nl. Please include your logo (preferably as an SVG) and a brand style guide, if you have one, straight away.
It helps if you also mention these two points in your email:
- How you want to use the newsletter: will you mainly be entering text, or sending offers and images?
- What layout you have in mind: do you only want sections, or columns as well, and how many columns?
Do you know exactly what your newsletter should look like, for example because you already have a design in Photoshop? Then send that along too. If you have no idea yet, you can also give the designers free rein. Either way is fine.
After your request, there will be an intake via an online meeting or a form.
