Finding and filtering sent and ongoing campaigns

Every campaign you have sent or are still working on can be found under Campaigns → Browse. From that page, you can view the results, copy a newsletter, resend it, and more.

What you see per campaign

Each campaign is listed on a single row in the overview, with a thumbnail of the newsletter on the left, followed by the subject and the working name. What else is shown depends on the status:

With ‘View’, you can open the sent newsletter and, for instance, use the PDF version or the webversion link.

Filtering and searching campaigns

If there are many campaigns in your overview, you can use the filter panel at the top. You can search for a word or phrase in the working name or the subject, show only campaigns sent to a specific list, and filter by sent, unsent, or both types of campaigns.

By default, the filter is set to ‘Both’ and you see all campaigns.

Select ‘Sent’, for example, to show only the sent campaigns. The ‘Remove filter’ link will then appear as well. Click ‘Remove filter’ to see all campaigns again.

A filter remains active, even if you log in again later or if multiple people work in the account using the same username. Are you missing campaigns in the overview? Click ‘Remove filter’ to show all of them again.

Reusing a sent campaign

From this overview, you can reuse a sent newsletter in three ways. The difference lies in who receives the email and whether you can still edit the content.
