Loading an updated Joe template into your campaign
If the designer has updated your custom Joe template, you can apply those changes to your newsletter yourself. How you do this depends on whether the structure of the template has changed.
Minor change: reload the template
If the structure of your template has stayed the same and the designer has only made a minor change to your design, reload the template. To do this, go to step 4 and click ‘Reload template, keep content’ in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. Any content you have already added to your newsletter will remain in place.
Structural change: start a new campaign
If the designer has changed the structure of your template, for example by adding a block to it, you will need to rebuild your campaign from scratch once. To do this, start a new campaign via Campaigns → Overview and select the new template in step 3.
For a structural change, you cannot copy an old campaign or click ‘Reload template, keep content’ in step 4. A copy always uses the template that belonged to that old campaign, as the content of the copied campaign could otherwise be displayed incorrectly.
