Uploading files to Media
Would you like to share a PDF or another document with your readers? Place the file in Media first. You can then link to it from your newsletter using a text link, a button or an image.
You cannot send a file as a separate attachment with your newsletter. Your recipients can always open the file via a link.
Uploading a file
In the overview, you can see for each file when it was added, what it is called, how large it is and what description you have given it. You can find out which file types you can upload in Allowed files and size. You can read how to manage, replace and delete files in Overview of your files.

Would you like to select a file in the editor that you have just uploaded, but it is not listed? Refresh your browser with F5 to update the overview.
After sending, you can see how often recipients have opened your file in the statistics under Results → Campaigns → Links.
Creating a text link to a file
For a text link, you can also upload the file directly from the editor:
Open the text block
If necessary, drag a text block into your newsletter and click it so that the input box appears on the left.

Linking a button to a file
Unlike with a text link, you cannot upload a file from a button. Make sure the file is already in Media.

Linking an image to a file
You cannot link an image directly to a file as you can with a button. To do this, first copy the link from Media and paste it at the image. Make sure the file is already in Media.
Copy the file link
Go to Campaigns → Media → Files. In the overview, hover your mouse over the file and right-click. Copy the link (in Chrome via ‘Copy link address’, in Edge via ‘Copy link’).
