Using the Social media block
With the ‘Social media’ block, you can place icons in your newsletter that link to your own profiles, optionally with text beneath them. A recipient who clicks on one of these icons will be taken to your page on that network and can follow you there.
If you want recipients to pass on your newsletter to their own network instead, use the ‘Share’ block for share buttons rather than follow buttons. This allows you to let your subscribers share your newsletter with others. You drag both blocks into your campaign in the same way, just like the other content blocks.
Available networks
For each icon, you can choose from eighteen networks and websites:
AppleMusic, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mastodon, Pinterest, Podcast (general), Reddit, Soundcloud, Spotify, TikTok, Twitch, Vimeo, WhatsApp, X (formerly: Twitter), YouTube and your own website.
You can show at most ten different icons per block. If you need more, simply place a second ‘Social media’ block.
Placing and configuring the block
Drag the ‘Social media’ block to the desired spot in your newsletter, or click on a block that is already there. In the panel that opens, you configure the block tab by tab:
Open the ‘Content’ tab. Click on ‘Add medium’ to add a network. Next to the network, click on ‘Show details’ and enter the URL of your profile, plus any text you want to display beneath the icon. Drag an icon using the arrow icon on the left to change the order, or remove it using the cross to the right of the drop-down menu.

Go to the ‘Design’ tab and adjust the three layers of the block:

Open the ‘Settings’ tab. Choose where the icons are placed, whether you want to show just icons, just text or both, and choose an icon set.

Configuring the block separately for desktop and mobile
You can configure the design separately for desktop and mobile. On the ‘Design’ tab, click on the monitor or phone icon: whatever you configure will apply to the selected device. At the bottom of the same tab, you can tick the option to keep the block hidden on that device, for example if you only want to show the icons on mobile.
